Messe Düsseldorf North America will promptly invoice your company for the standard turnkey package elements listed above, and your remittance must be received in good time before the start of COMPAMED in order for you to take possession of your stand.
Orders for any optional furnishings and services that are ordered before the start of the show and on-site, as well as any special utility charges (i.e. electrical and water consumption, internet, phone/fax charges, etc.) will be billed to you after the show within four weeks of the show's conclusion. Orders received after the designated deadline are subject to item availability, and all orders received after September 30, 2025 and on-site will incur a 25% surcharge.
Orders cancelled at the show site will only be refunded if it is possible to rent the items to another company. If the items cannot be rented to another company, rental charges will be billed and are payable in full.
IMPORTANT: For additional booth furniture, furnishings, and additional electrical connections, please refer to the Order Form for Additional Stand items. USA Pavilion exhibitors are instructed NOT to order any booth furniture, furnishings (such as counters, display cases, pedestals, etc.), or utilities via the Online Order System (OOS).Any furniture or furnishing orders placed via the OOS Online Order System will be subject to a US$ 50 processing fee in addition to the price of the item ordered, and will appear on itemized invoices issued by Messe Düsseldorf North America after the show.
NOTE: The USA Pavilions at MEDICA will be located in Halls 3 and 16, and USA Pavilion at COMPAMED will be in Hall 8b.
